		<description>I hate that I could not make it. I was in the last day of a CISM (Critical Incident Stress Management) course that had to take precedence. Thanks to the NWS for putting this on! I volunteer for a lot of different groups and the NWS is consistently the best about supporting and thanking operators for our service. Every time I show up every employee makes me feel welcome, and they all thank me when I leave... not, I believe, because it is a policy, but because they truly appreciate and benefit from what we do. Being made to feel valuable and valued is in many ways better than being paid! </description>
